OPEN

# Core infrastructure, free. For everyone.

FoxlightCore™ brings together our open-source work. Our Open Core software model combines an open-source core with optional proprietary features and commercial offerings, guided by the Foundation as internal governance.

OPEN SOURCE

## What's open

🔀

### Skulk™

A compute fabric for distributed AI. The full framework, free and open source under Apache-2.0.

🧠

### Foxmemory™ Core

The memory architecture - vector, graph, and bidirectional coherence. Open when ready.

🦊

### FoxlightCore™

The umbrella for our Open Core projects, developer tooling, and community, guided by the Foundation as our internal governance.

---

PHILOSOPHY

## Why open

Infrastructure this foundational shouldn't be locked behind a paywall. If we're building the substrate for minds, the substrate has to be accessible to everyone - researchers, educators, independent developers, nonprofits. The commercial layer builds on top of the open layer, not behind it. That's the deal.
